Quality Control
Our premium yurts are handmade in Mongolia by experienced crafts-people, using the highest quality materials, with finishing touches added by us in our workshop here in Mongolia. New waterproof materials have been introduced into production for countries with heavy rains such as Europe, America, Canada, Japan, and Korea. We also learned how to make wood products water resistant for the long term The dry, flat grassland of the steppe’ is a study in extreme weather. It is a very windy biome because no trees, shrubs, or tall grasses serve as windbreaks. Spring winds can regularly blow up to 9 kilometers per hour (6 miles per hour). The steppe also has an enormous temperature range, from about 30° Celsius to -40° Celsius). Yurts are ideally suited to this biome. The circular shape of yurts makes them able to resist winds from any direction.
Ecological Responsibility
Mongolian home consists of 100% natural products, such as animal hair and wool, which can be recycled and used. The most amazing thing is that it can be used without damaging the soil and grass.
